The annual Festival Présences contemporary music festival is held from February 10th to March 4th at the Maison de Radio France.
Nearly 50 different composers debuted new works at the event, with Thomas Ades among those expected to contribute.

Until February 18th took place an examination of past cultural exchanges between Venice and the Middle East. It was organised by Paris’ Institut du Monde Arabe.
The exhibition involved perdiod starting from 14th and endin at 17 th century.

Paris’ Festival of the Imagination celebrates music and culture from all over the world. From March 6th to April 5th Japanese puppetry and Thai folk music compete with lectures on global culture.
